Awesome kit
I don’t usually make reviews, but I don’t think this kit is getting the credit that it needs I really like the kit and the string. I’ve made several bracelets with this kit. I found it very easy to make the bracelets. I’ve seen several comments regardingt the string fraying. You can burn the end to make it easier to put the bead on but I’ve hardly had to do this. The quality of the string is fairly good for the price. My husband has worn a bracelet now for about a week in strenuous work conditions, and it is held up just fine. The bracelets look very elegant. I will definitely be buying another one of these kits. You can’t beat the price.

I bought this set for my son who was learning about Morse code in social studies. He loved making bracelets for his friends with their names in Morse code. The kit comes with little cards that explains the code that you can hand out with the finished bracelets.

Loved making these with friends, but the quality of the string was awful. It kept fraying as we worked, making it very hard to get the beads on. But! Just burning the end seemed to work, so not a huge deal.

I was disappointed with this product because the string won’t go through the holes of the beads. The holes are too small, making it nearly impossible to work with them for jewelry-making. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone looking to make bracelets or other crafts.

Update: 2 weeks of wear and only removing to shower and the spacers have started to tarnish…..also it stinks! Like rusty metal funk. Disappointed. 3 stars because the ideal is cute, the cord and cards have no issues, I just have to find replacement beads.4 stars because a few of the silver spacers are pink? As you can see the round beads will go on to the cord, however after some difficulty I burned the end of the cord and pinched it between my needle nose pliers and then trimmed it into a point, zero issues after that. Comments say they’ve had issues with tarnishing, I’ve only had one day so I will update if I notice this happening.

Good price, but as others mention, the beads become really difficult to string since they unravel. You can burn the ends to make it easier but it still is difficult. I’ve noticed the gold beads have already discoloured after a week of wearing them and are now more of a bronze colour.
