Begleri is a small skill toy consisting of one or more beads at either end of a short string. The toy can be flipped and twirled around the fingers to perform tricks. Machined from .500″ solid 303 stainless steel round bar, these can be fun to keep in your pocket to keep your fingers busy. Each end measures about .490″ x .850″. Weighs about 16 grams per bead. Comes in a soft muslin drawstring bag and with about 6″ of cord between the beads. Handmade by my partner and I in Centerville, Utah. Comes with extra paracord.
Hand-machined in the USA
Made from solid stainless steel round stock
Weighs 16g per bead

Excellent Heavy Begleri with a Shelf
These begleri beads are on the heavy side. They weigh almost exactly the same as the Aroundsquare Titans, which seem to be well known and loved by the community. Heavy begleri carry good momentum, but some people find them uncomfortable when they strike the hand (e.g. when doing rebounds). These begleri beads have a shelf (i.e. a flat top). That is claimed to make it easier to control for some tricks (e.g. rolls) and harder than round top begleri beads for other tricks (e.g. grip changes). They make a somewhat loud clicking sound. It is a little louder than a pen clicking. Some find that soothing, especially when they are in control of it. Others find that annoying and may use rubber or paracord-wrapped begleri to avoid it.These begleri start out with a faint brushed steel finish due to being produced with a lathe. They will *very* quickly (as in upon your first day of use, if you practice for several hours) start to acquire a bead blasted finish. That is not a failing of these begleri. That, or worse, will happen to all of them. Yes, even titanium ones. Those brightly colored finishes you see on some other begleri will quickly wear away. Begleri made of plastic or ‘natural materials’ (e.g. wood, bone, amber, etc.) will eventually break. These are unlikely to break or corrode within your lifetime. There are no burrs and the edges are nicely rounded. They come in a small bag with some spare strings. They can be strung with 550 paracord, which comes in the bag, but they come strung with a thinner cord. I find the 550 paracord to be more comfortable, and I am not alone.Players should decide whether they want to play short game or long game and follow a string sizing guide to make these comfortable, like any begleri beads. The begleritricks.com site has a guide for that. The price point is fantastic. These are handmade by two people and they are only a few dollars more than the cheapest factory made Chinese model I can find, and that one is so heavy as to be very uncomfortable to use.In the future, I would like to see a 8 gram bead model in stainless steel or titanium with a slightly sloped shelf, a recessed place for the knot, and a 1:1 width to length ratio. As an American, I feel good knowing my money went to two other Americans instead of to a megacorp or to an unfriendly nation. This is excellent quality work without any price gouging. It deserves to be rewarded.

I’d say this is a fantastic set, especially for the price
I’m a fidget toy geek and only discovered begleri about a week ago. In that time, I’ve done a ton of research, shopping for sets, and practicing with a homemade set I made from shoe string and hex nuts. So I’m not a pro, but I’m a beginner who’s heavy into begleri. If you don’t mind a beginner’s opinion (or maybe that’s what you’re looking for)…I’d say this is a fantastic set, especially for the price. You can easily pay $50+ for a decent set of begleri. And while these are inexpensive, they don’t sacrifice in quality in the least. They’re handmade from stainless steel, so there’s no chance of them breaking or falling apart. Really, there are only three things to consider:1. Looks – The machine work looks professional with attention to detail. They aren’t overly fancy, but not boring either. Personally, I think they’re classy looking and look nice sitting on my desk. In the end, however, looks come down to personal preference. I can tell you they look just like they do in the pictures.2. Weight – At about 26 grams for the set, these are very close to what most begleri enthusiasts feel is the sweet spot. Personally, I love the weight. They’re heavy enough to feel solid when using them, but not so heavy as to tire the fingers. They feel really good when slinging them.3. Hole width – I don’t know the exact width in millimeters, but there is a bit of extra room around the paracord that comes with the set, and that appears to be 425 paracord, so I don’t think you’d have any trouble fitting these with 550 paracord, if that’s your thing. Also, the inside is deep and wide enough to easily hide the knot. The set also came with a nice drawstring carry pouch and a spare paracord, which I thought was a nice touch. The beads are made by individuals right here in America, and it really looks like they care about their product and their customers, unlike many other companies that are churning out cheap garbage to make a quick buck.Whether you’re just starting out with begleri and would like a quality set of beads without breaking the bank, or you’re a pro who enjoys collecting beads, I highly recommend these. I did a ton of shopping around before (as well as since) buying mine, and I don’t see how you can do better for under $20.I’ve since bought a pricier “premium” set of beads, by the way, and while I admit they are now my preference, I still pick this set up now and then and always enjoy playing with them. For me, they were the perfect inexpensive introduction to begleri, and a set I’ll keep forever.

    Metal knucklebashers
As a beginner, I just wanted some begleri that could take a beating since I knew they were gonna fly all over the place. They hurt the knuckles quite a bit when I don’t pay attention slinging them around. And I inadvertently make a lot of noise in meetings when I fidget because they’re heavy metal 🤘. Otherwise, these are quite fun!

    Perfect starter.
Perfect for a starter. My first pair was thumb-chucks. Takes a moment to get used to the change, but the transition was quick and easy. Had to make some adjustments on string length but that’s just minor and all worked as plan. I spent a lot of time looking at Square brand but I’m glad it settled with what I got. Price and quality is perfect. Great quality and perfect for everyday use…

Amazing product and even better customer service!!
At first when I ordered this product USPS had lost the package and I had to contact the seller for help. Upon learning of my situation they immediately sent me a brand new one as a replacement free of charge, and I have been using it non stop since I received it. 10/10 customer service and 10/10 product!!

    Great Fidget Toy
I keep them looped around my belt loop so I can play with it throughout the day. It’s really addicting once you figure out the balance and how to properly size the string.
