Begleri is a small skill toy consisting of one or more beads at either end of a short string. The toy can be flipped and twirled around the fingers to perform tricks. Machined from .500″ solid copper round bar, these can be fun to keep in your pocket to keep your fingers busy. Each end measures about .490″ x .850″. Weighs about 16 grams per bead. Comes in a soft muslin drawstring bag and with about 6″ of cord between the beads. Handmade by my partner and I in Centerville, Utah – these are not mass produced, cheap Chinese junk! If you are looking for that, then look elsewhere, as there are plenty of other cheap listings made from some unidentifiable Chinesium metal that will be sure to not impress you. Comes with extra paracord.

These are truly High Quality Begleri!! Made in the USA also! They are heavy and play great as well as feel great in the hand. I got a wolverine variety pack of 550 paracord and cut my own lengths (I like the long game) and they are just perfect! I own the Stainless Steel ones also and they are lighter but still amazing! Mad props Butterfield!! Do you guys make a Contact Coin/Deadeye coin? If not you guys should!

Beautiful copper beads
These begleri are awesome! The weight and shape are great, plus the included length was just about perfect. I was slightly concerned about the quality of the metal and whether or not they would be real copper, especially when I saw how bright and shiny they were upon arrival. However, after a day of non-stop play they took on a gorgeous patina, just like I wanted, and I love them even more now.That being said, if you want nice, shiny begleri, you may want to put some kind of clear coat on the beads before playing too much. Otherwise you’ll have a lot of polishing in your future.

The set is definitely solid copper and not some fake material masquerading as the real thing. They play very well and were delivered promptly. My only complaint, as a non-beginner in begleri, is the weight and finish of the product. Machining lines present on the final product. Not a deal breaker but, I’d prefer a polished, smooth finish. And the weight is rather heavy, for a set of begleri. But, extra weight is great for beginners as lighter sets are a bit harder to control when you first start out. Overall, a solid 4/5. Very good value, for the price. Just a tad unpolished and heavy for my personal taste. But, a decent addition to my collection for not a lot of money.

I love these so much. I have them in my pocket at all times and on my nightstand every night. it feels so nice just to hold them and rub the copper with your fingers. The beads are modest enough that I can have them in my hand during class and it’s not a distraction to anyone else. As you can see they are pretty beat up as I am a beginner to begleri, but every little nick gives them character. The three lines etched into the outside of each bead become more defined with use, turning to patina quicker than the rest.Copper is pretty soft so they do scratch easily. I like shorter begleri so I had to cut about 1.5″ off the parachord when I first got them.
