WHAT IS TITANIUM?
Titanium is a lustrous transition metal widely used by the aerospace industry due to its ability to withstand the harsh condition of outer space. It has also become popular with medical manufactures since it is completely non-toxic to the human body and can be safely implanted in the body.
WHY TITANIUM?
Lightweight and strong – It has the highest strength-to-density ratio of any metallic element. It weighs almost the same as aluminum but is stronger than steel.
Corrosion resistant – It is highly resistant to corrosion even in sea water, aqua regia and chlorine.
Biocompatible – It is non-toxic, non-allergenic and perfectly compatible with the human body.
Durable – It is more durable than gold and has become a popular choice for designer jewelry.

    Exactly as described.
I was looking for a bead to use with 550 paracord as I wanted to make a lanyard for my Benchmade Barrage. These fit the bill perfectly. They appear to be of quality and pleasing to the eye. As you can see in my pic, you can also run two strands through the hole. The only nitpick I would have is a tad bit pricey. But you do get 5 pieces. Anyway, my Wife liked it so much, she asked me to make a lanyard with the titanium bead for her Kershaw Scallion!

Great Ti Beads at a Good Price
These beads arrived quickly and are well made. They are very scratch and stain resistant; I’ve worn one on a Paracord bracelet non-stop for the past couple of months (I don’t take it off, even for showers, swimming or workouts) and it hasn’t shown any signs of wear or patina; it shines just as it did when it arrived. The blue lines are clear and have not faded at all. This was a good buy at this price and I would highly recommend.

Pricey, yet a perfect product delivered!
These beads are pricey and this is their only shortcoming. The metal appears to be Ti Alloy as stated. The coloring and weight seem correct. The machining of the beads is flawless. The bead “barrel look” meshes well with most black and SS knives.Wood, G-10, or bone knive scales would benefit from a different bead IMHO.The ID of the bead makes two gutted 550 paracord a little loose. I think it is OK. Your mileage may varied.Overall a great, yet pricey, product!!! I bought more!

    Exactly as described
Kind of pricy for what they are, but as a cool bit of bling on a lanyard they look great.

    Nice beads
Nice looking beads, anodizing holds up well due to being in grooves. easily fits 2 strands of gutted 550 cord, ungutted will work but you’ll have to force it a bit. some reviews have called them overpriced, that’s pretty much lanyard beads in a nutshell, almost any other bead will run you at least $5 each, often a lot more.

Exactly what I was looking for
I’m a former airdrop and parachute rigger with plenty of experience with 550 cord, but it’s been decades now. Recently got into “weaving” and have a few knives and other “tools” that could use lanyards, and while a bead is really not necessary for my purposes (YMMV), it adds a little flair. These will fit two strands of 550 but it’s a tight fit, prepare to struggle, but once threaded, it moves freely. I also like that it has a dull but smooth finish so it’s mostly non-reflective. Very happy with these.
